Mountain Lab's newest FRS radio is the compact and lightweight SQUAD Radio. The SQUAD radio is designed to be worn on the shoulder strap of a rider's backpack for easy accessibility while riding, using the included shoulder strap mounting harness.

For the best possible range, the SQUAD uses the maximum allowed 2 watt transmission power for a license-free FRS radio in North America.

The SQUAT radio can communicate with any Montain Lab or FRS radio from other brands such a BCA or Motorola, and channel setting and CTCSS privacy code are easy to adjust in the field if needed.
